I truly want each of my clients to succeed and with the services offered with each membership, you're guaranteed to reach your goals- as long as your'e following the program! Memberships grant full access to the FWN mobile app. After purchasing a membership you will receive an email to set up your account, download the app and fill out a few forms and waivers. After I receive all of the information needed back, I begin working on your program!

The memberships are based on the length of time you want to train with FWN (i.e, 4 wks,  12wks, etc.) There are both online and in-person memberships offered.

Below are the services included when signing up for coaching:

• Customized training programs
• Progress tracking via the Fit With Nic mobile app
• Detailed form and exercise video examples 
• Daily check-ins (how the day was for you, any non-scale victories noticed, etc.)
• Goal setting and tracking 
• Nutrition guidance
• Habit setting and tracking 
• Bi-weekly virtual wellness checks via zoom or phone call
• Hybrid training option available
